From emergency pull cords to handrails, the project was completed to meet all current safety regulations.

To upgrade the current restroom and reconfigure to create a disabled restroom meeting current regulations.

This included:

Removal of the existing fixtures and fittings including toilet, sink, floor and wall tiles. Our plumbers capped the water, Aspro electricians isolated any electrical items on walls to be removed.
Removal and relocation of doorways, the previous door ways bricked up to allow reconfiguration.
Installation of new wall across the toilet width.
Installation of new toilet suite along with appropriate fixtures and fixings.
Screeding and installation of floor vinyl.
Plastering and decorating completed by our operatives along with all woodwork fitted by Aspro's experienced joiners.
Re-configuration and installation of a small section of the ceiling grid.
Our electricians completed installation of light fittings and panic alarm kit.
To tidy up the opening beyond the door, a small section of floor tiling was installed to finish off the newly polished disabled toilet.
