Care Home Room Reconfiguration
The Specification
A recent project undertaken was to reconfigure a wing of a care home to accommodate more rooms. Each room included its own ensuite.
Our diverse workforce completed the refurbishment from start to finish including studwork, joinery, plumbing, electrical works.
Security Office Refurbishment
The Specification
To build stud internal walls to create kitchen, toilets, storage areas, CCTV room, reception and managers office. Walls and doors needed to meet fire regulations.
Each room was built from scratch by members of our diverse workforce including full fit out of the kitchen and toilet.
Four air conditioning units were installed as well as false ceiling and lighting.

Disabled Toilet Installation
The Specification
Our latest client required a new disabled toilet installing in their offices.
From emergency pull cords to handrails, the project was completed to meet all current safety regulations.
